Recruit Talent Cloud (REC Talent Cloud) integrates a variety of professional workplace assessments, including the 16 Key Competency Assessment, the ETS(Employee Temperament Schedule), the General Logic Test, and the DIAL Leadership Style Assessment. It is widely applied in recruitment, talent inventory, and promotion planning.

The system supports online completion, chart-based analysis, and response tracking, which simplifies the assessment process and enhances the efficiency of talent evaluation, helping enterprises identify talent potential more accurately.

The platform also provides an integrated “Assessment + Consulting” service. 2004 Company Established

REC Consulting Co. Ltd,. was officially established. Our members are all senior professionals in the HR consulting field, sharing common ideals and enthusiasm. We focus on human resource consulting services for enterprises, aspiring to improve business benefits.

2006 Recruit Education and Training Center Established

Recruit Management Consulting established the “Recruit Education and Training Center,” dedicating itself to enterprise education and training services. We manage the entire process—from course scheduling and design to meticulous selection of instructors and content customization—with the most rigorous standards, earning the affirmation and recognition of numerous large enterprises.

2009 REC & PCC Assessment Centre Company Established

Recruit Management Consulting partnered with PCC company in Singapore to establish REC & PCC Assessment Centre Company, specializing in providing Assessment Center services for enterprise talent development and management. It became the only consulting firm in Taiwan to offer 100% customized professional assessment centers.

2010 Shanghai Company Established

Recruit Management Consulting formally established REC Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, extending its professional human resource services to the Greater China region. This also laid the foundation for research into Asian human resource trends and strategies.

2024 REC Talent Cloud Officially Launched

In response to the digital transformation trend and the high demand from enterprises for efficient HR decision-making, Recruit launched its brand-new, self-developed platform—the REC Talent Cloud. This platform creates a one-stop online talent assessment solution. All testing tools are based on Chinese samples, specifically designed for Chinese culture and workplace characteristics, deeply rooted in Taiwan, and closely aligned with practical business needs.

The platform integrates various competency and potential assessments, combining consultant expertise with SaaS technology. This moves assessments away from relying on large amounts of manpower and paper, driving enterprises toward a new era of assessment defined by intelligent decision-making and precise management.
